I am a professional dressage rider, coach, and freelance groom based in Wiltshire.

My hope is to aid other riders in their journey by helping to improve their physical fitness on and off the horse and help develop their training to best suit them and their horse.

I am also planning to take you with me as I develop my mindset and fitness to be the best athlete I can be.
