Scottish Dressage Group

The Scottish Dressage Group comprises a group of riders whose primary interest is dressage, although many members take part in other equestrian events. We are not all perfect riders and our horses are definitely not perfect dressage horses – they come in all conformations and abilities – but we enjoy training, competing and socialising together!

Currently we run eleven dressage competitions annually. Six competitions comprise our Winter Championship and are held on the first Sunday of each month from October through to April with the exception of January. The remaining five competitions are held on weekday evenings between May and September and are perhaps more relaxed occasions suitable as competition training sessions for both horse and rider.

Other events, demonstrations, and training sessions are held at the request of members.
