Our Facilities
We have an extensive range of competition facilities that are used throughout the year.
All our arenas have been recently refurbished with Equestrian Surfaces non waxed economy track. Each arena has its own individual water sprinkler system, to keep the arena surface at its best. Our arenas are also graded regularly, with a top of the range Arenamate grading machine – so our clients get the perfect ride every time.
We have a brand new PA and Music System fitted throughout the centre, as well as lots of new and updated equipment
Richmond Arena
The large indoor arena measuring 70m x 26m
Has approximately 80/100 permanent seating (with tables) and space for a further 300/400 temporary seating.
There is a viewing area from the café and from the new open plan seating area.
There is also a viewing gallery from the horse holding area
Tunstall Arena
The smaller indoor arena measuring 36m x 30m
With new concrete walkway and viewing area
The Yorkshire Arena
The large outdoor arena measuring 70m x 50m.
We can fit 3 40m x 20m dressage arenas comfortably into the Yorkshire arena with a connection to the 60m x 20m warm up arena.
The arena hosts some steps and a ditch and can be changed from a Dressage or showjumping arena to a Cross country course with brand new portable XC fences ranging in heights up to 105cm.
There are plenty of standing and seating areas.
Breckenbrough Arena
The smaller outdoor arena, measuring exactly 20m x 60m – Dressage markers can be placed in this arena for your use.
Floodlit and plenty of viewing areas.
Cross Country Course
Affiliated Course with British Eventing Course 90/ 100/ Novice & Intermediate.
XC Course only open to BE Horse Trials in May and August and subsequent schooling days, otherwise closed
Centre Cafe & Conference Room
Our Cafe and new, open style seating area can accommodate around 100 people (over 200 if including the additional Conference room and standing areas).
We have a powerful Rex Nordic Airrex AH-200 Infrared Diesel Heater in the cafe area which makes the area cosy and warm, as well as separate male and female toilets and a specific disabled toilet.
