Frensham Riding Club

We are a small and friendly riding club. By becoming a member you can benefit from many equestrian and social events

Formed in 1968, Frensham is a small but sociable affiliated Riding Club, with the emphasis on enjoying our horses in both a competitive and non-competitive atmosphere. Many of our members compete in disciplines such as endurance, dressage, and top-level showing, but as yet we do not enter any teams in the National Championships.

At present, we run an open dressage show a year which is very successful and enjoyable and have various speakers, visits, and demos from a variety of people throughout the year. These can be anything from saddlers, equine nutritionists, farriers and Fire and Rescue (horse division), to having a cream tea on a barge and everything equine related in between! We also run, on a weekly basis, lessons and clinics with fantastic instructors.

Every summer we have lunch with delicious food cooked by the committee and a winter get-together of either a skittles of quiz night (again with food)!

We are always keen to welcome new members to join our small, but perfectly formed club.
