Border Riding Club

Lord and Lady Joicey founded the Border Riding Club, along with Mrs. Eildon Watherston, it was their wish to drive up the standards of dressage and horsemanship in general, at a time when dressage was emerging onto the national sports scene.

Today the riding club committee endeavor to follow in the footsteps of Lady Joicey, they recruit top international riders and trainers who dedicate their time to the riding club members. The club runs courses to suit all abilities of equestrianism, and spectators are very welcome. The Border Riding Club is very proud of its history and track record.
