Battle and District Riding Club

Battle and District Riding Club is one of the most historic clubs in the country, having been founded in 1951. Small, but perfectly formed, the area covered is wide and spread out so we try to run our events at varied venues. We specialize in running low-key events and training for members and often run Open competitions in the locality, which are attended and appreciated by local riders too. We have a thriving Facebook page where we get great feedback from the events we run. Over the years we have organized the qualifiers primarily for dressage and have made it to the Championships from time to time! Our club AGM is universally loved as a social event where everybody gets the chance to catch up.

So in summary – a friendly club which has been established for many years, open to ideas and input from others.
