Oban and District Riding Club

The club formed in 2008, and became affiliated in 2010. Currently we have 29 enthusiastic adults and a talented 9 strong junior membership. The club welcomes a mixture of horse lovers from non- riders who simply enjoy being involved with horse related activities to people coming back into riding after a long break looking to regain confidence and knowledge and also to riders competing at home and at a higher level away.

The club has the use of three local arenas, owns its own full set of Show Jumps and trailer, both funded by Awards for All and a sturdy course of Working Hunter Jumps. It also has the use of a fantastic field in Benderloch to host The Annual Riding Club Show. Members can enjoy and learn through many activities and regular training by accredited instructors is available for all riders regardless of age or experience.
