Durham and District Riding Club

Durham & District Riding Club caters for adult and junior members who have an interest in horses or ponies.

Our aim is to provide high-quality education and tuition and to make this accessible and affordable for all. We know that many people don't have access to horse transport to take part in mounted events, so we can arrange for instructors to travel to different yards to teach groups of Club members at an affordable rate.

We offer fun and education for horse owners and non-horse owners alike, from the happy hacker to the competitive rider. All are welcome, and hopefully, we have something great planned for everyone.

We are affiliated to British Riding Clubs, enabling us to compete against other Clubs in the area.

Our website is kept up-to-date and we post daily to our Facebook Page with details of our rallies, camps, competitions, and non-ridden events.
